FTC to Cease Operations

Dear Members,

Many of you have been able to take advantage of training through The Federal Technology Center (FTC).  The FTC has been a great resource to small businesses and made it possible to receive quality training locally to be able to bid on government contracts. Unfortunately, due to lack of funding, the FTC will cease operations March 16.

I will do my best to locate another resource for this area, and will keep you informed. Please let me know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions.

Dear Friends and Members,

The Owens Valley Contractors and Vendors Association will be meeting at the Bishop VFW Post, Thursday (Feb 2nd) at 6 pm until 7:30. All who have interest are invited. There will be food and refreshments and a cash bar.

This will be a busy evening that will include three guest speakers and elections for the board members.

We are celebrating 3 years and 34 days of service to our members and the County of Inyo. Our membership has been very strong and we hope to maintain that great membership and grow in numbers and service.

Please take time to come and meet with us, ask questions, and get involved if you feel that we are something you could support.

Call me any time at the cell phone (760) 920-8950.
